Your Juzu Beads have a one year guarantee. If you use your
Beads with normal use (not abuse), I will repair your Beads at no cost to you.

If you purchase a Juzu and do not like the color or design, etc., you can
exchange or get a refund one time. This is within 30 days of purchase. Your
beads must be in excellent condition to do this.
